Finance & Funding

Finding the right institute and studying there will be a big investment for students such as yourself and at LCCA we can help you answer any finance and funding related questions you may have. You can find below some common questions we get asked when it comes to finance and support.

Q. Can I still apply for a student loan?

A. Yes, so get in touch with your relevant student finance organisation. Make sure that you have all paperwork and identification on hand as it will help speed up the process.

LCCA is an associate college of UCA, please note that your course preference can be found under UCA.

Visit www.direct.gov.uk/studentfinance or if you need further advice, please call our dedicated student finance helpline at +44 (0)20 3435 4642 or email clearing@lcca.org.uk

Q. I’ve already applied for Student Finance, do I need to do anything else?

A. We will let the relevant student finance organisation know that you have confirmed your enrolment. But you must let them know if you have changed courses, your fees have changed, or if you have changed institutions. Log in to your student finance account to do this.

Q. Do I need to pay a deposit?

A. For UK and EU students:

  • If you are a UK or EU student and have a student loan, you don’t need to pay a deposit.
  • If you plan to finance yourself, you will need to pay a deposit at enrolment.

International Students.

Unfortunately, at LCCA we do not accept any international students. It is also worth noting that international students are not eligible for loans or grants from the British Government and funding for your course must be arranged prior to arriving at the institute.
