Central London Samaritans is a charity that, for more than 65 years, provides emotional support for people who need it.
They give people ways to cope and the skills to be there for others.
They encourage, promote and celebrate those moments of connection between people that can save lives.
Samaritans are working with people who are going through a difficult time and training others to do the same.
Volunteers from the charity will deliver a talk on emotional health awareness, the value of active listening, managing mental health and signposting.
